Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you (or a person appointed by you who is not the carrier) receive the goods.

It is sufficient if you send the declaration before the 14-day period expires.

Procedure & Refund

After receiving your withdrawal, I will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

I may withhold the refund until I have received the goods back or you have provided proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.

Please send the goods back well packaged and sufficiently prepaid within 14 days of your withdrawal to:

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment. I recommend using insured shipping.

Important:
The products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Candles that have already been lit or opened seals are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Any loss in value must be compensated if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to check their condition.
