Shipping Information
Once your order is received, I begin processing it — Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Delivery times vary depending on the product:

In-stock items (e.g., available candles, care accessories): delivery within 3–6 business days.

Custom-made or larger quantities (e.g., individual pours, sets): delivery within 5–10 business days due to production processes.
You will also see the exact delivery time during checkout. If there are any delays, I will inform you personally.
Currently, I ship exclusively within Germany via DHL.
Shipping Costs:
The shipping fee is a flat rate of €7.69.
This corresponds to a DHL package up to 5 kg with dimensions up to 120 × 60 × 60 cm.
For orders with a value of €70 or more, shipping is free for you.
If your order is larger or heavier (e.g., many candles), I will contact you in advance by email to inform you of any additional costs.
Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your shipment at any time.
Note on Special Shipping Times:
During peak seasons (such as Christmas, Easter, or limited collections), shipping times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your understanding — I will inform you in advance if your order is affected.
